As a lover of all things paper, it's no wonder I fell in love with the work of Greenstar Paperie. Each piece is unique to the client and truly leaves you wanting more.
Lynda Junge is the owner/creative behind the brand and one of my dearest friends. She and her team offer lovely paper goods for every occasion, from darling baby shower announcements to daring milestone birthday invitations. And of course she can rock out any vibrant wedding invitation idea you can think of! She is admired by her friends and industry peers and is a great creative force to have around!
I couldn't resist having her on board to do my MLP Events re-branding back in 2015. She is the creative behind our beautiful logo and stationery. Lynda got my vision right away, even though my need for details presented her with a Power-Point presentation. She happily took me on as a client without hesitation and has so many great things in the pipeline for 2016-2017! But enough from me, let's hear from the women herself!

1. How did you begin your career?
I went to art school for graphic design and immediately knew I was in the right place. After graduating, I landed a killer job in corporate marketing doing design work for a global engineering company. I got engaged and during the planning process I refueled my paper obsession because I needed stationery for my own wedding. Soon after the honeymoon, I ditched the corporate gig and stationery became my full-time job.
2. How many years have you been in business?
3. What is your service area?
We are headquartered in Downtown Downers Grove, but we service clients throughout the city and suburbs. We can also service national clients.
4. Do you have any Awards/Affiliations
NICE Awards 2014- Best Use of Printed Invitation for an Event
5. What made you choose to become a Stationer?
Because there is nothing better than getting something amazing in your mailbox.
6. What would you say is the "Greenstar" style?
Modern, Bold, Fresh. We love color, pattern, and chic details.
7. Do you have a favorite style of invitation or program?
Our signature clutch is my favorite style.
8. What is on trend right now for stationery? Or what is a trend you would love to see go away?
Trend: Metallic's and foil printing are definitely hot!
Trends I would like to see go away: A copy of a Pinterest wedding. Pinterest is a great inspirational tool and idea generator, but by bringing in your own unique style and details, you can truly make it your own.
